In Exercise of the Powers vested in the President by Articles 99(1), 108(2), 108A(1), 113(1) and 114(1) of the 1995 Constitution of the Republic of Uganda, President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has, in pursuance of the goals of the NRM and Ugandans in general, made minor changes to the Cabinet.

President Museveni Leaves for the 13th IGAD Summit in AddisAbaba
President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has left for the Ethiopian capital, AddisAbaba, where he will be joining other regional leaders for the 13th Ordinary Summit of the Inter-governmental Authority on Development (IGAD).
Key on the summit's agenda will be the IGAD Treaty, IGAD Organisational structure, Nomination of IGAD chairmanship which were endorsed by the ordinary council of Ministers, and will be submitted to the Summit of Heads of State and government for approval.
