The grade one magistrate court in Mbarara has charged a Bishop Stuart University lecturer with grievous harm to her 21-year-old housemaid by pouring hot water.
The accused has been identified as Doreen Atwongire, a 39-year-old lecturer at Bishop Stuart University, in Mbarara, and the victim as Racheal Ninsiima, a 21-year-old housemaid.
