Idirisa Musuuza commonly known by his stage name “Eddy Kenzo” has once again raised the Ugandan Flag high after he was nominated for the prestigious global music award by the Grammys Recording Academy.
Eddy Kenzo woke to the good news merely hours after his successful first ever festival at Kololo dubbed “Eddy Kenzo festival” which had a record breaking turn-up of over 100,000 revelers.

UWA to compensate victims of wildlife invasions
The Ministry of Tourism, Wildlife, and Antiquities is set to spend about nine hundred million shillings to compensate victims of wildlife invasions across the country.
Some three hundred victims are expected to be compensated from the scheme.
The compensation is in accordance with section 83 of the Uganda Wildlife Act, 2019 that permits the compensation of individuals who have suffered loss due to wildlife incursions.

President Museveni commissions Ugx180b Tiles Factory in Buikwe District
President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has commissioned a tile factory valued at Ugx180b in Njeru municipality, Buikwe district.
The factory is listed as the biggest in Africa, currently producing 49,000 square meters of tiles per day with a planned production to triple to 150,000 square meters per day once it’s fully operational.
