No Printed Photo on T-Shirts or Calenders When I Die – Pherrie Kim

Former Club Guvnor PRO Pherrie Kimbungwe, known as Pherrie Kim, who passed away on Wednesday, October 11, 2023, due to brain cancer, left a dying wish, asking that her pictures not be printed on t-shirts or calendars.

In her Will, she requested that her brothers not allow anybody carrying or wearing t-shirts or calendars with her photo on the burial premises. She stated that anyone who will go to bury her but does not know what she looks like is there for other reasons.

She will be buried today, Thursday, October 12, 2023, at her ancestral home and cemetery (burial grounds), situated at Katale Busiro Block 459 on Entebbe Road.

She was instrumental in the success of Club Guvnor, one of the most popular nightclubs in Kampala, where she worked tirelessly to create a vibrant and inclusive atmosphere for fun seekers.

Kim was a mentor and friend to many well-known figures in the entertainment industry, and those who knew her described her as kind, calm, and loving. Her legacy will live on through the countless lives she touched.

Pherrie’s passing is a great loss to the Ugandan community and will always be remembered as a true champion of the Ugandan entertainment industry.
