Aruu county Member of Parliament Odonga Otto was this morning involved in a road accident when the car he was traveling in knocked a trailer that had overturned on Gulu Kampala highway in Luwero district.
The Mp was traveling from Gulu at around 4 am to Kampala in his Toyota Prado registration UBA 8832S and the truck had registration plate UAV 837J.
The Uganda police was able to arrive and take charge of the accident scene. The MP was then rushed to Bishop Ceaser Asili hospital in Luwero and later transported to Kampala for more medical attention.
