Health Ministry Releases Guidelines Over CoronaVirus

The Ministry of Health together with the Embassy of China in Uganda has released new guidelines over the out break of the CoronaVirus in China regarding Ugandan citizens.

Zheng Zhu Qiang, Chinese Ambassador to 🇺🇬 assures Ministry of Health that “no people, mostly Chinese in Wuhan who had gone for holiday are allowed to return back to Africa and we encourage @GovUganda to make sure that Ugandans who return from 🇨🇳 are given 14 days of isolation..”

This was during a meeting held between @MinofHealthUG teams led by Hon. Robinah Nabbanja, State Minister in charge of General Duties and Zheng Zhu Qiang and his team to discuss on how best Uganda can control Coronavirus from entering Uganda.

The virus out break has claimed over 1000 lives mostly in China and has seen many new cases pop up in different areas of the globe.
