Moroccan football player and Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) star Achraf Hakimi’s wife filed for divorce and demanded half of his property. She was however informed by court that her “millionaire” husband owns nothing as all his property is registered under his mother’s name.

Hakimi receives over €1 Million from PSG monthly making him one of the highest paid in League one but 80% of this is deposited in his mother, Mrs. Fatima’s account. While in court, it was revealed that he has no property—cars, houses, jewelry, or even clothes—in his name. Anytime he wants anything, he asks his mother, who buys it for him.

24-year-old Hakimi and his 36-year-old actress wife had been dating since 2018; they later tied the knot in 2020 and welcomed their first child in the same year.

However, late last month, Achraf Hakimi and his wife Hiba Abouk confirmed their separation after Abouk broke her silence about the separation rumors from the PSG right-back on her Instagram account.

“The reality is that a while ago, after a lot of reflection, the father of my children and I made the decision to end our relationship, long before the recent media events that have involved me, which are totally external,” the Spanish-Tunisian actress said.

In the wake of reports surrounding the couple’s divorce, Hakimi has been embroiled in an alleged rape case. Earlier last month, French prosecutors announced that the Moroccan international is facing alleged rape charges after a 24-year-old woman accused Hakimi of raping her in his house while his wife and two sons were away on holiday.

While many reports suggested that Abouk decided to separate from her husband following the rape accusations, the actress reportedly said that the couple made the decision long before the rape incident.
