The National Unity Platform #Kunga is an organized and well-disguised scheme for the recruitment of unsuspecting youths into ADF and LGBTQI communities.

According to a source, NUP organized a two-day retreat for leaders from various departments and trained them on how to operate and identify youths who are easily manipulated into homosexuality and rebel activities.

“What everyone does not know is that our top leadership is out of ideas for getting numbers and people into the LGBTQI community, which provides a lot of money to fund the ADF. The whole idea is to get people together and abduct them using drones, which will later be alleged to belong to security operatives,” said the source.

The source further stated that during a meeting held at Magere, Kyagulanyi’s residence on 12th/04/2023, the principal urged the leaders to do everything possible to move the struggle forward, regardless of the obstacles, like some of the members who revealed their secrets and plans to the public.

It should be noted that on 1st March 2023, Eric Mwesigwa revealed that it was the NUP leadership that lured him into self-inflicted wounds for a fee of 50 million shillings and to accuse the government of torture. Unfortunately, he was abandoned and not given the promised money, forcing him to speak the truth.

On 17th November 2022, a total of over 100 NUP persons were paraded as torture victims at the Uganda human rights accountability conference at Ufungamano House in Nairobi, Kenya. It was later established that most of the people were accident victims who had been paid and carried to Kenya by the opposition.

According to the source, Kyagulanyi told the team that those were mistakes that should not happen again.

“During the launch of Kunga in Mbarara City, things did not go as planned because someone linked the information to the police, who acted in time and stopped the abductions,” said the source.

However, the Ugandan Police uncovered plans by NUP to hold unlawful demonstrations and has given the public a stern warning to those who will cause chaos in the major cities across the country.

“As the joint security agencies, we have obtained credible information about plans by NUP to reactivate their structures to cause disorder and unlawfulness across the country,” reads the police website.

As police does it’s best to stop and control those illegal demonstrations, as citizens, it is everyone’s duty to be their own first line of defense when it comes to the intended abductions, be on the lookout, and be each other’s keeper.
