Motor-mouthed political activist Frank Gashumba has castigated the Ugandan Opposition for a lack of sense of direction, bickering, intrigue and greed.

Gashumba while appearing on a live Television political talk show said the only aim of Uganda’s Opposition is to get positions to enrich themselves at the expense of Ugandans.

Gashumba said President Museveni will rule Uganda forever if the Opposition remains unfocused without a sense of direction, self-centered and greedy.

“Ssabalwanyi will rule this country till he gets tired because there is no sense of direction among the Opposition. They only aim at getting positions” he said.

Gashumba also attacked Opposition political leaders for propagating hatred against other ethnicities within the country.

His remarks come at the peak of continued disputes among Opposition political parties battling for supremacy.

Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) has always been at war with the National Unity Platform (NUP) after the latter took over Opposition leadership and supremacy.

Dr Kiiza Besigye’ s formation of the People’s Front for Transformation (PFT), a political pressure group, hasn’t also gone well with NUP who claim FDC should have first sought clearance from them as PTF membership comprises mostly FDC creme de la creme.

The two political parties have previously declined to dialogue over intrigue and political supremacy.
