People power politician Robert Kyagulanyi appeared on a live television show, NBS Uncut appearing unable to lift his eyes and heavily fazed in what appeared to be under the influence of a substance.
In a video saturating on various social media outlets, the artist labours to differentiate between his purported two personalities of Robert Kyagulanyi the Mp and Bobi wine the musician.
Bobi Wine is no stranger to substance abuse, and has previously sang songs praising alcohol and marijuana abuse in his hits such as ‘dipo nazigala’ a rendition of another popular alcohol abuse song.
The video has raised concerns among the public who believed that the former addict had turned a corner when he become a politician.
The behavior is also very unbecoming of honorable member of parliament who is supposed to be a symbol of responsible living.
Fellow musician Bebe Cool has come out to criticise the politician’s behaviour on facebook saying that he warned Ugandans against such acts and indulgences from the politician who has expressed interest in standing for president and leading the nation.
