Police Commandant Emphasizes Discipline, Courage, and Integrity

SCP Kafeero Moses, the Commandant of Police Senior Command and Staff College, Bwebajja, emphasised the critical importance of discipline, courage, and integrity among officers who serve and engage with the community.

Kafeero made these remarks while lecturing officers undergoing refresher courses and initial police training at the Police Training School in Kabalye, Masindi, on October 13, 2023.

His lecture focused on the essential principles of professionalism and integrity within the police force.

Kafeero also encouraged the officers to embrace teamwork as a core component of their service.

He noted the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle by avoiding damaging habits such as alcoholism, smoking, and engaging in extramarital activities.

The Commissioner of the Uganda Police Force Duty Free Store Scheme, CP Hajji Kirungi Suleiman, enlightened the trainees on the role of the duty-free shop in the promotion of officers’ welfare.

The police duty-free store Is a police welfare arm that provides officers with building materials at a subsidised cost. It’s located in the policing regions across the country.
