Hello Bobi Wine, greetings from Buziga Hill. I write to you to wish you a happy birthday and to wish you a prosperous new age. You are now 42, at 42; you are no longer a youth. I take this chance to welcome you to the League of Elders of this country. Honorable, the Golden age is not golden living; you are yet to face the hardest challenges in life, massive betrayal, old age challenges among others.
I am called Spiderman, a former NRA bush war General who fought in the jungles of Luwero alongside President Museveni. I joined the Liberation struggle in 1982, 5 years after I had left Makerere University and I was working with Obote’s security by then.
I congratulate you on the several achievements you have made at 42. Honorable, I am, and I was great fun of your Music, most especially when you make lyrics about some of the social-economic challenges facing this country like corruption, encouraging people to vote, ruthlessness in KCCA law enforcement, etc.
Dear Honorable, thank you for shaping a new trend in the political landscape of Uganda, It was very unfamiliar that such an infant political party could become Uganda’s leading opposition political party.
But Hon, I am suspicious that your political party could suffer infant mortality, given the way administration and mobilization are done. There have been rumors that party decisions are run by your family which includes yourself, your wife Barbie, your brother Chairman Nyanzi and in consultation with Nubian Li. Further rumors have it that if it wasn’t for the intellect of the party secretary General Lewis Rubongoya, it would be no more today.
Some of my friends who are members of parliament in NUP, the Secretary-General, the deputy party spokesperson Waisswa Mufumbiro who I nurtured when I was still in active service and foot soldiers have been complaining about your family, and inner-circle involvement in the running of party activities and ‘everybody who disobeys them is labeled a mole spying or working for president Museveni.
This has been so evident on several occasions where party cards were even given to intellectual dwarfs because they were members of your inner circle, or your wife’s endorsement or they paid the highest amount of money. Remember that some of the party flags were sold to the tune of 5 million shillings; many members have come out to testify about this.
In all your travels abroad, the Party’s money is wasted on transport and catering for your gang which includes your wife, Nubian Li, and Eddy Mutwe amongst others, who on several occasions have failed to even make ‘a single English statement’ in their speeches. Look at the speech of your wife when you took her to Canada last year, as well as Nubian’s speech in Geneva.
More so, it is an embarrassment to the intellectuals in the NUP like Mathias Mpuga who you even dropped from his role as leader of the opposition and replaced with Ssenyonyi a munyapi of Museveni who I worked with for several years as one of my informers, Medard Segona, Mwanga Kivumbi, Betty Namboze and all those intellectuals. The world wonders about the intellectual capacities of NUP.
Honorable, do you remember your phone call with President Museveni after the 2021 elections where he donated to you a bulletproof car? The deal you made to have the car returned after it was impounded by URA over the unpaid revenues.
You would have been a better opposition leader or even the next president of Uganda after President Museveni or immediately after President Museveni’s successor if you were not a mole. People had shown you love, but you betrayed them. I have been in administration, you are not the only mole in Uganda’s opposition, and several payroll political parties are funded by the regime including yourself and the NUP.
I just don’t see you becoming the president of Uganda ever in your political journey. No mole has ever taken power from their funders; take a look at the moles you found in place, and also from other countries like Kenya under Moi, in Rwanda among others.
I used to discuss this with my fallen Comrade Kasirye Gwanga, who was also so close to you, that people love you, but you are wasted. The population had honestly invested their trust in you, and now that age is not on your side. You see, you are now no longer a youth
My last advice to you would be to lie low, and stop inciting the youths into unnecessary excitements on social media while wasting their time and spoiling our country’s politics with hooliganism. Some of these youths you have incited into acts that have led to their imprisonment, and death, and others are disabled, and you have not helped them in their jail period or disability.
