The prime minister of Busoga Kingdom, Dr. Joseph Muvawala made the announcement on September 7, 2023 that King William Wilberforce Kadhumbula Gabula Nadiope IV will wed Inebantu-to-be Jovia Mutesi on November 18th, 2023 at the Busoga Royal Palace in Bugembe, Jinja.
The bride-to-be, Mutesi, is a young woman of great beauty and grace. She is also a highly accomplished individual, having graduated with honors from Makerere University with a degree in law.
