Edward Rodgers Sebuufu, commonly known as Eddie Mutwe, a former barber and now a renowned bodyguard of Bobi Wine, is reportedly in a romantic relationship with Olivia Lutaaya, a prominent supporter of the National Unity Platform (NUP) party, who was recently released from prison after nearly four years of detention.
According to several people close to the rumored couple, Eddie Mutwe has not held back his words reflecting the challenges he and Lutaaya faced during her incarceration and his commitment to rekindling their bond.
Musa Awilo, a frequent client of Eddie at his saloon known as Eddie Mutwe Hair Clinic, located at Park View Shopping Center Level Shop One, said that on the day of Olivia Lutaya’s release, Eddie Mutwe could not sit still; he was so excited and did not even handle all his clients as he was going to welcome her back.
“Eddie is smitten by Olivia, and their relationship goes way back; after the birth of her child, she became his customer. He is the one who introduced her to NUP, and their friendship developed from casual to sexual. They normally hang out together, eating pork and drinking beer,” he said.
Awilo noted that Eddie Mutwe assured them after Olivia Lutaya’s release that he was going to make it up to her in many ways, and he has collected enough money to take her to different places and warned that his boss, Bobi Wine, better find another bodyguard for the time being.
In numerous emotional posts on his X handle, Eddie Mutwe welcomed her back home after she spent nearly four years in prison.
He expressed his deep feelings, where he heaped praises on Olivia Lutaya and shared that he cannot wait to satisfy all her needs after enduring nearly four years of sexual starvation.
“It’s truly inspiring to see you like this; I can’t wait for us to hang out together and have a warm meal. Thank you for your unwavering resilience and not giving up on us; you motivate me a lot,” Eddie Mutwe tweeted.
According to sources, the couple plans to celebrate Olivia Lutaya’s freedom with a series of special moments, emphasizing the importance of their relationship and the strength they found in each other during difficult times.
As the couple works on rekindling their relationship, it’s important to note that Eddie Mutwe is a married man with children, while Olivia Lutaya is single and raising a son.
