Exodus Sacco and the duty-free shop have joined forces to empower its members with a house loan initiative in order to alleviate the financial strain of buying building materials, create a path to home ownership, and provide them with a sense of security and stability.

The innovative approach launched on July 27, 2023, with the house loan programme dubbed “Kwaheri Manyata.”

Commissioner of Police, Hajji Sulaiman Kirungi, presided over a meeting between the two parties at the Exodus headquarters in Naguru, where they discussed and strengthened their collaboration.

“The project seeks to ease the financial burden of acquiring building materials for the members, foster a path to home ownership, and provide them with a sense of security and stability,” said Kirungi.

According to Kirungi, Exodus Sacco and the Duty-Free Shop management have demonstrated their commitment to the welfare of the Police Force by giving access to reasonable and convenient credit solutions.

The housing loan project represents a shared commitment to supporting the hopes and aspirations of community police officers by generating a brighter future for the members.
