The motion to Censure General Elly Tumwiine, Minister for Security has fallen flat on its face after members of Parliament failed to append their signatures to the Censure motion.

As we earlier predicted, the motion lacked both substance and form and was primarily meant to intimidate and embaras the bush war veteran.

The motion was also aimed at weakenening the Security organizations under his stewardship ahead of the crucial 2021 elections.

It also suffice to say that the movers of the motion also lacked the competency required to pull off such an act.

Tumwiine has always remained adamant and relentless in his protection of Security organizations against politicking especially from Parliament.
