The Internal Security Organization (ISO) has deployed staff all over the country to capture data on Parish Development Model (PDM) beneficiaries.

This was confirmed on Thursday, June 13, 2024, by the leaders spearheading the data capture.

According to officials from ISO, the data capture will commence with training Gombolola Internal Security Officers (GISOs), who will then capture information on PDM beneficiaries in all villages across the country, who received money in the Financial Year 2021/2022 and 2022/2023.

The data will be captured on the Zaidi App, a system developed by ISO to collect data, ensure accurate information, monitor resource utilization, and digitally capture physical addresses of participating homes and their projects.

While closing a five-day launch program for the PDM beneficiary data capture exercise on June 1, 2024, Col Emmy Katabazi, the Deputy Director General of ISO said the data capture exercise signifies a crucial step in implementing the program.

The data capture will accomplish the sixth pillar of the PDM; Parish Based Management Information System.

Other pillars include; Production, Storage, Processing and Marketing, Infrastructure and Economic Services, Financial Inclusion, Social Services, Mindset change, and Governance and Administration
