Prof. Apolo Nsibambi Dies at 78

Former Ugandan Prime Minister Prof Apolo Robin Nsibambi, 78, is dead.

The news of his passing was Tuesday evening, broken by his daughter, Julie Nsibambi, on her social media handles.

Moses Kasibante, Rubaga North MP says Hon Nsibambi passed on peacefully at his home in Bulange Mengo.
