During the inauguration of Donald Trump as the 47th president of the United States at the Capital One Arena on January 20, 2024, President Trump had no kind words for homosexuality and those promoting it.
“As of today, it will henceforth be the official policy of the United States government that there are only two genders, male and female,” President Trump said.
Trump’s declaration is not good news for Bobi Wine and his National Unity Platform cult since they have been depending on funds from homosexual Democrats in the name of defending the rights of homosexuals and promoting the same.
Bobi Wine had turned into a nuisance by violating the rights of other Ugandans with impunity in the name of defending the rights of the minority homosexuals because he knew he had protection from the shameless Democrats who were in charge of the United States presidency.
The timing is not good for Bobi Wine and NUP as the country nears national elections. Bobi Wine has been receiving a lot of money from gay promoters to facilitate his campaigns and live lavishly, as well as organising violent demonstrations to remove a legitimately elected government.
Undoubtedly, Bobi Wine’s impunity will reduce since his backbone has been homosexuality. The same backbone has been broken by president Donald Trump. Apparently, Trump’s declaration has been welcomed by the majority of Ugandans, who look at Bobi Wine as a puppet and agent of evil groups and see him to be selling our culture and values for selfish personal gains.
What next for him? The days for the cheap games by Bobi Wine and his group are over; the endless flights for meetings with homosexuals and their funders, the huge financial support from the same group, and the uncouth behaviour of unleashing violence and terror on the Ugandans who don’t support homosexuality will soon come to an end.
It should be remembered that in 2023, while appearing on a BBC interview, Bobi Wine said that the anti-Homosexuality bill in Uganda was bad and targeting his party members of parliament and that the opposition members of parliament who supported it work with President Museveni. He well knew that President Museveni was on the side of his people and therefore had to assent to the bill.
The future for Bobi Wine and NUP is definitely uncertain and will definitely disappear from the public eye after losing the 2026 elections since what was putting him in the news will no longer be available. With his current continued loss of popularity and having no fallback position, his end is near.
