General Abdel Al-Fattah Al-Burhan, Sudan’s Transitional Sovereign Council, is in Juba, South Sudan, to engage in talks with South Sudan President Salva Kiir Mayardit about strengthening bilateral relations and fostering cooperation between the two countries.
