As they had warned, Plan B has proved to be lethal. The real meaning of plan B which most opposition planners were tight lipped about what exactly it is under way and if serious interventions are not made by security, our influential opinion leaders will all long be gone.
The meaning of Plan B is “Plan Blood” and was designed by terrorists disguising as opposition to shed blood of influential Ugandans until the public rises against government. This plan is big and was designed by a faction of people who convinced the tired opposition members that this plan of blood spilling will work in their favours. This is bigger than Bobi wine and Besigye, but since it seems to work in their favour, they are only praying that it secedes into a time bomb which will cause regime change.
Can we take a break and see between lines? Do you realise that the personalities that pass on, radical opposition members like Lumbuye, Boston Kabuye, or Dr. Kiyingi have an idea. How does Lumbuye publish a hit list from Turkey where he lives and weeks or months after? The people he mentions start to drop. Plan B In action!
Who is Lumbuye? He is a son to Nsumba from Kagaba Village, Mpigi District. Apparently Lumbuye fell out with His father due to their political differences, His father being an NRM. Before Lumbuye Left the Country, he was a merchandise dealer at Mini Price. Lumbuye was a great supporter before leaving the country. He however became an ardent supporter and radical enthusiast to any forces against the NRM government. In turkey where he stays, he is a non-permit worker, hehas no clear address which he uses as one of the covers to execute deadly missions that are inclusive of Plan Blood which is taking course in Uganda.
Kabuye is one othe faces of Plan B, his role is to ensure the Ugandans blame all the deaths executed on the NRM government with a long term of wide spread uprising. Below is the Hit List that Lumbuye has published.

While Government struggles to establish the causes of death of the so many victims of Plan B, Lumbuyes and Boston insist that they were killed because they know what is going on.

It is not a joke, Lumbuye told us about the possible death of Mozaata, he didn’t last months, and he predicted the death of Bishop John Baptist Kagwa and later Bishop Arch Bishop Lwanga. Who could be next according to his hit list? Peter Mayiga? Or the Kabaka himself?
