Hon Ogwang: Government Fully Facilitated Uganda Cranes Ahead of its match with Senegal

Hon Peter Ogwang, the Minister of State for  Education and Sports today 18th Jan 2023, confirmed that the government has adequately supported and facilitated the Uganda Cranes team in Algiers and they are in high spirit to make Ugandans proud.

The Minister said this as he visited the team while they were training, ahead of the match tonight.

“I visited our training camp; the team is in good shape, and the boys look sharp. Uganda will win the game,” Hon Ogwang said.

Hon Ogwang is emphatically assured of 3 points as Uganda takes on Senegal in the CHAN tournament in Annaba, Algeria tonight.

“The Senegal game is a must win for us to comfortably progress to the next round. The team is committed  and has been training so hard to ensure that they win this game,” he added.

Hon. Ogwang has been in Algiers with the Cranes and has been instrumental in offering moral support to the team.

The match will take place today, 18th January 2023 at 10:00pm (EAT).
