The UPDF contingent spokesperson in Somalia, Maj Peter Mugisa said that the terrorists attempted to ambush ATMIS forces who were on foot patrol from Janaale to Bufow. πŸ“ŒThe China Road and Bridge Corporation, CRBC, has signed a contract with the Governemnt to rehabilitate the 375km Tororo to Gulu section of the meter gauge railway line that runs through Mbale, Soroti, and Lira before terminating at the Gulu Logistics Hub (GLH). The signing was presided over by Al-Hajji Abdallatiff Dhakaba Wangubo, the Uganda Railways Corporation-URC Board Chairman. The rehabilitation works are scheduled to last 24 months.

πŸ“ŒAuthorities in Kotido District have raised concern over starvation of over 600 pupils at Morulem Boy’s Primary School boarding section.
