Cecilia Atim Ogwal is a Ugandan politician who has made significant contributions to the country’s political landscape.
She is currently serving as the Member of Parliament for Dokolo District in Uganda. Born on June 12, 1946, Ogwal has a strong passion for politics and has dedicated her career to public service.
At 23, Cecilia Ogwal won the first Miss Uganda held in 1969 at the Apollo Milton Hotel, making her the first ever Miss Uganda.
