Sago Bay borders Tanzania where the local occupants and investors are conflicting over the ownership of the land.
The land was allocated to the investors by government.

‘’The land that I was shown shows people are not in the sago bay area and will not be tampered with’’ said the prime minister.
The major concern amongst people with the government was taking their land.
‘’We support the government program and we want development in Kyotera district, and we request that people’s land should not have tampered with’’. said one of the leaders.
