Uganda Beauty Queen, Quiin Abenakyo into final 30 of Miss World

Ugandan beauty Queen and reigning Miss Uganda 2018, Abenakyo Quiin has made history by being the first Ugandan to make it into the final 30 contestants of the global beauty competition and giving herself a shot at winning the global show piece.

Who is Quiin Abenakyo

The 22 year old beauty hails from Mayuge district, Busoga region and is currently a student of Business administration from Makerere University Business School, Nakawa proving that beauty and brains do mix. She is also a motivational speaker and model.

Quinn Abenakyo took over the Miss World Uganda reign from her predecessor, Leah Kagasa, on Friday 10th August 2018.

She has a passion for cooking and dreams of becoming a top Chef and a successful Business Woman. Quiin’s proudest moment was when she participated in the New York Fashion week. Her favorite film is ‘Coming to America’ with Eddie Murphy and her favorite food is matooke and groundnut sauce. She also enjoys reading and travelling. Personal Motto: ‘If you believe, you can achieve.
