The Chief of Defence Forces (CDF), General Muhoozi Kainerugaba, who is also the Senior Presidential Advisor on Special Operations, delivered a lecture of opportunity to officer cadets and urged them to employ a servant leadership approach, empathy, humility, and understanding of the feelings of the troops they lead.
He said that servant leadership is a powerful approach when handling troops, adding that it can potentially create a positive change in the military through acts of exemplary service.
