President Museveni to preside over Judiciary’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Summit

President Yoweri Museveni is Monday expected to preside over the first ever high-level summit on Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) which is ongoing at Mestil Hotel in Kampala. The Minister of Justice and Constitutional affairs, Nobert Mao made the remarks ahead of the summit. The purpose of the summit is to empower the Judiciary, legal practitioners and all those in need of settling disputes to equip them with the necessary skills in alternative dispute resolution which takes the form of mediation, conciliation, negation, and arbitration among others.
