New details about how a notorious city con woman impostering as a Special Presidential Advisor for youth affairs Valentine Agwang Kasaija conned several youth of their millions of money have emerged, yours truly writes.

Apart from defrauding men of God, Agwang Kasaija also conned several youths who were desperately trying to meet president Museveni to present their projects and possibly benefit from emyooga program.

Yours Truly has learnt that Agwang met one of her victims a young man identified as Waswa at Okello House who had come with a youth group that needed money for youth project (emyoga) from the president.

The garrulous Agwang who is always fond of loitering around big offices around this city sensing raw prey moved very fast and approached Waswa claiming to be the presidential aide in charge of youth desk in state House.

She received their proposal and promised to arrange a meeting for them with the president.

At that time she told them how she had assignments from the president. In particular time, she claimed she was temporarily sitting at ISO headquarters until her assignment from president got done. Agwang further claimed the assignment was about a youth group.

This further convinced Waswa that he was in the right hands and with time he stayed in touch with Ms. Valentine and subsequently they became friends.

                                  Trouble

Agwang then approached Waswa and convinced him that since she had very sensitive duties assigned by the president, she needed to relocate and tasked him to help her find a house to rent ranging from between 2-3 million shillings.

She claimed that she owned about 3 houses but she was insecure at that time due to the magnitude of the work she was doing.

She went on and narrated to the victim how the president had given her some money to a tune of about 200m but it had not been procured yet adding that she was looking forward to buying furniture of about 100m and other house necessities.

Cornered

Wasswa had a French friend who had at that time travelled back to France (names withheld) and had left a House and so they agreed to give the house to Ms valentine Agwang for rent at 3.5 million. Since it was furnished, they summed up the house items to 58 million which she would pay at a later date and the rent too.

Agwang then occupied the house which is located in Kiira division Mulawa area. After 3 months elapsed without paying, she claimed her money was at the Internal Security organization and instead asked them to lend her Shs 2M as she waited for her money to be released.

Conned

Time after time, Wasswa got her small loans from his friends hoping Agwang would get money and pay back and still with hope that she would take the youth group to meet the president.

                        No Hope

After 1 year without any pay, they resorted to reporting the matter to civil court where they found out other accusations against the same lady where she had borrowed 32m from a city pastor and promised to take him to the president.

In all this, she started claiming how a certain organization under the office of the president was withholding her money.

This came after cases had become many including those she had conned in disguise that she’s a presidential aide.

It has also been established that Valentine Agwang doesn’t work with State House, she’s a con woman around town fleecing people and claiming she’s a presidential aide.
