President Museveni to address the nation on Tuesday

President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni will address the nation on issues of national importance on Tuesday, December 20, 2022, at 8 p.m.

Sandor Walusimbi, the Senior Presidential Press Secretary, announced the address on Monday morning.

“HE. YK Museveni will address the nation tomorrow, Tuesday, December 20th, 2022, LIVE at 8 p.m.,” Walusimbi tweeted.

The address follows President Museveni’s return to the country from the US, where he had traveled on the invitation of American President Joe Biden to participate in the just concluded US-Africa summit.

During his official working trip to the West, the President held several meetings, including an address to UK investors who are interested in Uganda’s agricultural, tourism, mineral, industrial, and trade sectors, among others.

The address will be broadcast live on all major local television channels and radio stations across the country.
