BUSTED: NUP CRIMINAL GANG LEADER PAUL WALUGEMBE ON THE LOOSE

Security has intensified its effort in tracking down a one Walugembe Paul, the prime suspect and team leader of the notorious criminal gang who was actively involved in the string of violent demonstrations, aggravated robberies, rape and related murders in Kampala.

According to an anonymous source in Security, Walugembe, a mafia god father who heads a criminal gang syndicate that operates along Makerere Kivulu, Kagugube and Kiseka market was captured by security CCTV footage armed with stones while vandalizing peoples cars during the November 2020 Bobi Wine arrest.

Lo and Behold!— This criminal gang take drugs in order to gain courage and confidence to engage in criminal activities and we all know who the drug mafia in their camp is!

The gang operates in small groups armed with knife, machetes. They are well known for kidnaiping female juveniles for purposes of procuring ransom, sexual assault and human sacrifice.

It is reported that Walugembe and group are at large after security intensified efforts in tracking down criminals who were planning to set major towns a blaze.

Watch this space, it is a matter of time before the long arm of the law catches up with them. Their time is over.
