πΊπ¬Government edifies traditional healers on the dangers of Ebola
πThe Ministry of Health in partnership with the United Nations Programme on HIV and AIDS (UNAIDS) and World Health Organization (WHO) have started training traditional healers on the dangers of Ebola. The training follows reports that many people have been running to traditional healers in the districts of Kassanda and Mubende for medical attention. The traditional healers have been given soap, temperature guns and radios to help spread the gospel about the dangers of Ebola.

πThe Uganda Railways Corporation (URC) is in the final stages of hiring a private party to lease, develop and operate the multi-billion Gulu Logistics hub in Gulu City. Construction approximately Shs31 billion facility was completed in December 2021, after commencement in February 2020, and was meant to be in operation by early this year. Brian Asiimwe, the Project Coordinator of Gulu Logistics Hub from URC however said that the hub remained non-operational due to a number of challenges among them the need to hire a private operator.
